We had the launch party for Big Dogs Huge Paws last night after months of hard work on the part of many individuals. BDHP is a new rescue, dedicated to giant breed dogs.I will be serving in the capacity of Dir. of Human Resources, which is just enough work to keep me involved, but not close to being life consuming like the last role I fulfilled.
We will be accepting our first dogs in the Fall, though the need is already there for us to take them. We raised $1400 last night, but need so much more to get BDHP to where we need to be before we can take dogs!
We are all so excited to see where this new journey takes us.
