Mrs. Stephanie Kopet

My college roommate, Stephie Watson, became Mrs. Todd Kopet last night! They were married at a park on Metro campus, than the reception was held at the Tivoli Center.

We had so much fun....and so much alcohol! It was a wonderful night. Stephie looked beautiful, and beamed the whole night. All of our sorority sisters were there, and we laughed, danced and chatted the night away!

As a whole, I am bad about seeing everyone on a regular basis, but I love that we always pick up right where we left off. I think I had a huge smile on my face the whole night!

Nik, Mike and I went to lunch today, and literally were wiping tears from laughter as we recalled stories from last night. The night ended with me terrorizing a security campus cop, and Nikki doing karate kicks and leprechaun heelclicks as we exited!

We are so happy to Todd and Stephie. Their wedding made us that much more excited for ours! I can't wait to be a "Mrs"

Meghan & Drew Nelson

Saturday, June 21 was a big day for weddings- we went to two weddings, in two different towns!<

We started off in Colorado Springs for Drew and Meghan's wedding! Drew is the younger brother of Trix ( aka Lindsey Phillips, aka Lindsey Nelson). They had a small, beautiful outdoor wedding at The Cliff House, a cute little restaurant in Manitou Springs. They both looked so happy!

Nik, Mike, Brian and I were thrilled to be invited, and of course love any chance we get to hang out with the Nelson clan. We also enjoy driving poor Kathy Nelson crazy!

As usual, great laughs were had. I think the crowd was glad when we had to leave the luncheon ( or dinner, Kathyyyyy)early to drive back up for wedding #2!

Champagne Brunch

At times I still cannot believe I am getting married...cannot believe that all these well wishes, parties and gifts are for me...someone who never thought she would get married!

This weekend, was yet more proof, that I am in fact getting married! The Gourmet Group hosted a Champagne Brunch for me, in the true tradition of a Munger wedding shower! So many people, so many gifts. I was completely overwhelmed, and felt like I only got a few seconds with each guest. I honestly felt really bad, but everyone kept telling me, "this is exactly how your wedding is going to be!"

I had such a great time, and am very humbled by the wonderful group of family and friends that I have!

Deacon's 1st Show

Deacon competed in his first show today- I continue to be shocked that I am so interested in this whole show world thing, when I used to against it! Celeste, his breeder, showed him for us and he had a great time. She really made it fun for him, which was most important. I also don't think it hurt he get to romp and play with Justice (littermate) and George (Dad) afterwards.

He competed against one other, and took 1st! Woohoo for Deacon!
